Sparkle in 2017!
Yeasty in the nose, due to the long-term aging on the yeast in the bottle. Past the bread dough you will find tropical notes of pineapple, mixed with some lemon zest. The mouth-feel is incredibly creamy from both the yeast again and the barrel fermentation. The wine has loads of fruit expression that makes it for a nice glass to start the meal, but also has a nice acidity and balance of flavors to pair throughout the meal.
